Conflict of Interest Notice
I found this article via an RcF regarding Paul Ryan and accusations of false ads against CLF. In any event, I noticed the banner alleging a conflict of interest and the talk page banner alleging that Ericjwilson is editor with alleged conflicts due to his admission that he was the Digital Director for Marco Rubio's presidential campaign. That is NOT a role with the CLF, so I am disturbed to see an editor flagged as potentially biased simply because he worked for a Republican candidate. That paves the way for flagging any and every editor as having a conflict of interest merely because they have a political opinion. (He also admits to living in Washington DC and liking Nascar. Should a COI notice be applied to any articles he touches on relating to Washington DC and Nascar?] I recommend removal of the notices in regard to this article, but would support a notice in regard to any edits he makes related to
Marco Rubio.--
