The technical term "re-sequencing" is so specialized that, not only is it defined nowhere in Wikipedia, there are only 3 occurrences of the term in the article on DNA Sequencing -- only one of which uses the hyphenated form. Indeed, it makes little sense to include the qualifier at all since "genomic data" necessarily implies base pair positions. Jim Bowery ( talk) 15:31, 20 October 2017 (UTC)

The editor that added the genozip section has previously disclosed a COI on other articles featuring this tool, but failed to do that here. Also the compression percentage of up to 99% for bam and fastq files is not found in the provided reference, so it strongly seems like self promotion, especially since the tool is commercial. 130.226.236.6 ( talk) 12:31, 19 September 2022 (UTC)
