The article lists two different dates of construction. Which is correct 67.120.93.87 07:05, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
Apparently this claim is made in numerous guides to the Bay Area, but it now contradicts our own well-referenced Caesar salad article, which gives credit to Caesar Cardini, an LA restaurateur.
