It was something to with raising funds (possibly related to the BMI takeover, it is far easier to get fund and mortgage a small subsidary, but I have not found a reliable reference that actually explains it clearly enough to add to the article! MilborneOne ( talk) 17:26, 6 January 2013 (UTC) reply
