Shouldn't the quotes be moved to Wikiquote? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.228.192.57 ( talk) 19:42, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
Nice article, well written, but it would be good to get some sense of chronology about the subject's personal life. eg when was she a "hard-scrabble welfare mother"? When did she study for her doctorate? How did she go from what sounds like a community of illiterate immigrants to being a clinical psychoanalyst? Totorotroll ( talk) 13:07, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
Can we get a portrait of her or something like that please? -- Thenewguy34 ( talk) 21:28, 1 May 2013 (UTC)
"Estés is controversial for proposing that both assimilation and holding to ethnic traditions are the ways to contribute to a creative culture and to a soul-based civility." - the article.
I find this sentence interesting, but unclear. Could someone look into this and elaborate (by editing the article)? Sondra.kinsey ( talk) 12:19, 16 November 2016 (UTC)
I noticed that much of this article is word-for-word identical to the subject's own
biography page. That page has a meta copyright tag saying "Copyright (C) 2016 Clarissa Pinkola Estés, All Rights Reserved." I suspect that is the original. We need to rewrite this page immediately and notify whoever copied it in the first place.

I located the revision where this section was introduced. It's a contributor known only by IP. I don't know the protocol. Is there a way to notify Wikipedia admins that this user may have introduced other copyrighted material? They appear to be responsible for other vandalism as well.
