This article just barely reaches the 1,500 character minimum. The hook is sourced, but I'm not sure that folks would find it very interesting. My response to it was, "ok...that's nice?". The hook should entice readers to want to learn more. I'd suggest finding a bit more about the campaign. The interesting part is included in the article as a parenthetical; it should be highlighted a bit more if that's the interesting part. QPQ checks out.
