It is not true that Christiane remains clean. Actually, she never was for long periods. Please, someone with better english, correct the article.
It says: "a former heroin addict" at the moment she is addicted again, so why former? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.161.18.197 ( talk) 22:08, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
It seems to me that "Christiane F.", redirected from "Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo" ought to refer to the book and/or the movie. Not that the author doesn't deserve an article, but it should be under her full name.
The article "Berlin Zoologischer Garten", for instance, says "...the book "Christiane F. - The children from Bahnhof Zoo" (
Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo) by
Christiane Vera Felscherinow", but both links point to the same article. That's mad! Book and author should point to different articles.

I removed the discography section. I incorporated a mention of Bowie's soundtrack album into the preceding paragraph, but I don't know what to make of these:
I don't see how a 1981 movie could use music from 1982 and 2003. I don't know what is being referred to. User:Angr 19:06, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
Article has two contrary claims about her current address:
and
Can anyone explain that and clean this part? Regards, Piotr Mikołajski 14:21, 12 January 2007 (UTC) Brandenberg is a distinct town but it is in the general area of Berlin Plutonium27 ( talk) 13:03, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Plutonium27,
that is incorrect. Brandenb_e_rg is nowhere near or in Berlin, no matter which Brandenberg you're talking about.
(There are four towns with this name in other parts of Germany)
Brandenb_u_rg on the other hand is a German Federal state surrounding the German Federal city state Berlin.
Not one of the four Brandenberg-towns is located in Brandenburg.
The German wikipedia article claims she lives in a small town in Brandenburg. I'd wager that this is correct.

This article is about a person. I suggest that the name of the article should be this person's name, as it is in the German article HM7Me ( talk) 08:48, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
I see your point but I understand this is not the case. She is not known as Christiane F.. Instead, the character is known as Christiane F., and out of ignorance (phenomena which wikipedia might naturally minimize) the character is confused with the person (an autobiography is not an encyclopedic article. Christiane F. is a character). Naming the article 'Christiane F.' may reinforce the mistake. This is the name associated with a character in the book and film (and the book and film titles themselves in some editions) that happened to be associated to the person, viciously, as a subsequent phenomena. It might be a good choice to redirect 'Christiane F.' search to an article named Christiane Felscherinow. Thus, there is a difference in this case from the understanding of 'name she is mostly common known as' which you refer to. This is not that simple. The complexity of this point (arguably a conflict) is clear in a statement by herself within the article itself: 'What bothers me most of all is this Christiane F. thing [...]' within the 'drug use' section. For the sake of a (didactically amplified) illustration of the point, it'd be comparable to calling David Bowie's article 'Thin White Duke' (except for he had other personas) or calling Diego Maradona's article simply 'Maradona'. This is not the case of Sting's article (musician) being called 'Gordon Sumner', or even Pelé's (footballer) article be called 'Edson Arantes do Nascimento', or Freddie Mercury's article be called 'Farrokh Bulsara' which are culturally consecrated names related to the professional, not a character. In this case, folk vice is perhaps being taken for popular cultural knowledge. And the arguably ephemeral and anachronic name 'Christiane F.' is perhaps being imposed onto the general knowledge of the artist which the article refers to. HM7Me ( talk) 21:23, 6 January 2021 (UTC)
I agree with HM7Me 48Pills ( talk) 20:31, 12 February 2021 (UTC)
Is her name really 'Christiane Vera Felscherinow'? In all German sources including de.wikipedia it is 'Vera Christiane Felscherinow'. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.90.205.134 ( talk) 18:07, 9 March 2022 (UTC)
