Vortex3427 to take a look and point that to me in case I missed it. The hook itself is interesting. Can the nominator take one pass at rewording the hook if they can? Reading the source it appeared that the boycott was primarily them stopping their actions of spam filtering pressuring the ISPs and usenet admins to install their own spam filtering tools. The hook seems to be missing that nuance. Happy to hear the nominator's views. QPQ pending. passing this back to the nominator.
