PhD claim

I know this may be challenging to address given BLP policy, but I came here to see if there was anything supporting the claim of 3 PhD's (a particular rarity), and am very surprised to see no claim either way, given how notable it would be to have three (ignoring of course b.s. honorary degrees). Any sources?
