Wondering if anyone has any documentation. The only definitive info that turned up from a quick Google search was a 1997 AOPA Pilot article saying that the aircraft were languishing on a Cessna factory "back lot", and employees surmised that they would be scrapped, but the article implies that Textron refused to formally comment on the matter.
