Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Cereus (plant). Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:

I have researched, but still unsure to use "Cereus validus" or "Cereus forbesii" on this page and as the subpage/redirect. The ES lang Wiki shows validus as proper name currently. But, all my research (including wikispecies) points to forbesii being the current proper name and validus being a synonym. Drafts in progress: User:Bmatthewshea/Cereus_forbesii User:Bmatthewshea/Cereus_validus See wikispecies, tropicos and other refs on those subpages for synonyms in use. It does seem pretty disputed, especially when you throw other Cereus species in the mix. Best I can conclude is that GBIF lists Cereus forbesii as accepted and Cereus validus as a synonym of Cereus hildmannianus Mbdfar ( talk) 06:13, 14 December 2021 (UTC)
