Caulerpa cylindracea, previously known as Caulerpa racemosa var. cylindracea, was split of as a separate species in 2014. Much of the content of the current article seems to be about Caulerpa cylindracea (but it isn't always clear). This content should be moved to the Caulerpa cylindracea article. The first section mentions it is edible, the Ecology section says Caulerpa species contain secondary metabolites that are cytotoxic. It would help to clear what is the resolution of this apparent contradiction. I gather that either some of the article is about the family, not the species, or that the secondary metabolites are somehow cleared in food preparation.
