Red links
I removed the red links to Félix Erviti Barcelona and Acacio Valbuena Rodríguez. There is close to zero possibility that either of them will ever be notable enough for their own articles.
One is dead and shows no current signs of having been
WP:Notable.
The other is alive, heading a church of roughly 100 people. The church is only notable for what it is not. Its priests are not notable.

The references section already has a pointer to catholic-hierarchy page for this prefecture apostolic, so I don't see what should be added.
