Just discovered, after picking up on Amazon a copy of a long-lost book from my youth, the "My Cartoon Annual 1984". It contains a few strips, including "Zippy and Zappy" and "Justin Dustbin", who is Carpanta. Some of the pages have an Escobar signature on them. The book's hard to find on the web, look for "Opal Quill", the publishers. 188.29.165.202 ( talk) 15:07, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
