@ Epipelagic: Two things... First "Tag bombing is the unjustified addition of numerous tags to pages or unjustified addition of one tag to multiple pages.” "Tag bombing does not apply to the moderate use of tags that are self-explanatory; having the same information on the talk page is a redundancy." my tags are justified and Cn doesnt require any explanation on the talk page. Also thats a WP:ESSAY not policy or guideline. Second, are you genuinely denying that Category:Cyprinid fish of Africa exist [1]? I don’t see how it can be false. Please explain yourself.
