Is there a traditional medal presented to the writer? CLA says the prize is a plaque plus cash. (top page)

Does that top page display a seal for the book covers? and/or the obverse of a medal? What does it depict? Note, it's design matches that for the companion CLA book awards [1] except the name of the award along the bottom edge of the circle.
