It seems that reference is specific to a particular initiative in Australia. In the U.S., the term is more likely to refer to a
Merchant Mariner's Document As is, the link seems like a futile effort to justify the the article's existence.

I hesitate to make edits, but should first sentence read "...a page..." and "...flyer..."?? Neither "apage" nor "flayer", which are on my READ view, seems appropriate here.

This is a keeper
I cannot endorse recommendations to delete this article, however it does need improvement.
With the rise of online retailing, brochures and catalogs have become much more important as a marketing communications device. They are a central part of a company's corporate communications (PR) and its marketing effort (Marketing).
Energy should be expended finding ways to improve this article, rather than deleting it.
i am fine with it as its sweet and short .i know there is less information but at least this given information gives some idea about what is brochure .and if we need more information so u can simply search more .as i thing that the majority should be right and i too think that its not that satisfactory .

Digital brochures
In the 2000s, companies and entities began creating digital brochures (typically in pdf formats). These formats allowed readers to zoom in and out of the brochure to read the text more clearly, save paper, and view the brochures on their computers or smart devices.
