? A help request is open: Unfortunately, when the URL went dead we apparently lost the pdf linked to on the site. Even the wayback machine can't access the pdf. As a result, the archived URL provides no useful information. One cannot drill down to the actual info. I have saved the original pdf, but have no idea on how to make it available, esp. since the creator of the site would have a copyright on it. With the loss of the original we no longer have verifiability of the info cited.. Replace the reason with "helped" to mark as answered.
