Anybody want to take a crack at rewriting the Career section? Since Posehn is primarily a comedian, do we want to frame his career by listing his minor roles in television shows? Brainslug 09:42, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
I am watching the comedy central special for brian posehn as i type. as i was watching it, i noticed a discrepancy on his wiki page (he mentions it in his act). he said that his jizz tastes like pinkberry, but the wiki article here says his shit tastes like pinkberry. i could be wrong, i dont have tivo or anything, but can this be reviewed? thank you.

Posehn has also written the fifth episode of of the fourth season of Brendon Small's Metalocalypse. I saw it on the ending credits, I don't know how to use that, but it is reliable. If anyone could edit it and put some kinda source, it would be great. — Preceding

At the Comedians of Comedy show in Louisville, Ky on 11/5/07, Brian said that he checked his Wikipedia page. He said that he could tell it was mostly written by a fan and was mostly accurate. He said the last entry said that he was unattractive shameless career-climber. He said he removed that and replaced it with a statement that his semen "tastes like vajayjay and" cures diseases. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.72.196.37 ( talk) 23:04, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Hey this place is not the place nor time for all your stupidity. Wikipedia is trying to make itself a reliable source for information. Ok so you enjoyed Conan's interview with him. This is not the place for you to express that joy. crazzycorbe ( talk) 05:32, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

I think you people need to lighten up about a f###ing webpage. Take a step back and re-evaluate your lives, if a comedian vandalizing his own page spawning copy cats is your biggest concern, then go out to the real world and get some real problems. _Tad_ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.142.27.126 ( talk) 04:46, 17 October 2008 (UTC)

Ok, sweet. We've got the page protected. I think it would be prudent to add the info about his airing on Conan. Not necessarily the text, but just that he was a guest on March 18th, 2008. Man, I was overwhelmed last night trying to revert all the vandals. It was like a firesale. --

Something that wasn't mentioned in his career is that he had a re-occuring role on the sitcom "Just Shoot Me" —Preceding unsigned comment his dick tastes like gummi bears and cures the blues added by 24.31.173.205 ( talk) 08:09, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
This article is a regular vandal target and that doesn't seem to be letting up. A recurring joke he apparently tells at a lot of his stand up performances (and on network TV) is about how he edits his article to say his penis tastes like candy or whatever, so various vandals are adding it daily. I think a long term semi-protect might be in order until he gets some new material. Anyone agree? - R. fiend ( talk) 06:37, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
I'm going to request semi-protect again, the IP vandalism is coming in hourly right now. Doc Tropics 22:37, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

Under the article for Brian Posehn, a quote referring to his Comedy Central Presents special is mentioned under the "Stand-up Comedy" section of the page. Here is the quote: "His jizz tastes like raspberries and cures the blues." The actual quote is "His jizz tastes like Pinkberry and cures the blues." Wikipedia does have a page dedicated to the Pinkberry industry so it can be set up with a link, just as the word "raspberries" is linked in the current post. I realize that this seems like a silly and even vulgar topic, but it doesn't do the comedian justice to misquote him. If you do need proof, there is a link on the page to his special. Thank you for reading my request and keep up the good work, Wikipedia.

According to this /info/en/?search=Minecraft:_Story_Mode article, Brian Posehn's role in "Minecraft: Story Mode" is Axel (voice), and should be changed from "TBA" to "Axel (voice)" accordingly on Brian Posehn's /info/en/?search=Brian_Posehn#Video_games page.

Change requested to 'Other Work' section, line 6
Change: "Since 2012, Posehn has hosted a podcast called Nerd Poker, where a group of comedians play Dungeons & Dragons. Co-hosts include comic book writer Gerry Duggan and comedian Blaine Capatch, among others."
To: Since 2012, Posehn has hosted a podcast called Nerd Poker, first on the Earwolf podcast network and then independently (since 2017). In the podcast a group of comedians play tabletop role-playing games ( RPGs) initially playing Paizo Publishing's Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and then playing Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons & Dragons ( 4th edition or 4E and then 5th edition or 5E). Co-hosts include comic book writer Gerry Duggan and comedian Blaine Capatch, among others. IN 2017 production moved to Brian's kitchen where they embraced an amateur production style with interruptions, extraneous noises and distractions. It's mentioned that Posehn collaborated with Gerry Duggan on Marvel for comic books. I'd like to add the following line to the paragraph pertaining to Posehn's work in the comic industry:
Posehn would later collaborate with Duggan again for 3 one-shot comic books published by Image Comics: The Secret History of the War on Weed and Halloween Party in 2022, and Scotch McTiernan Holiday Party. The pair co-wrote the latter two with Scott Koblish. [1] Luqman2222 ( talk) 08:26, 2 May 2023 (UTC)
