I just reworked the lead fairly substantially. It's not yet ready to remove the editorial article flag, but closer, and the next editor to take a stab could probably achieve this; my own contributions being more bone than flesh, some added skin would help. — MaxEnt 09:02, 6 March 2018 (UTC)
