Lwarcel Celulose, formerly from the Lwart Group was acquired by
Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) on Aug 31, 2018, and was announced to be managed under the RGE-managed Bracell group, which operates RGE’s cellulose businesses in Brazil. The Sao Paolo-based facility has a production capacity of 250,000 tonnes of pulp per annum.[1][2]
On April 24, 2019, Bracell announced a R$7 billion investment to increase its total production capacity to 2 million tonnes by 2021.[3]
The first claim appears to be a news story about an acquisition made by the subject's parent company, and the parent's intent to have this acquisition managed as a subsidiary of the subject company. The second claim appears to be an announcement by the subject company regarding a future, hoped-for increase to its own production capacity.
The text of these claims is insufficiently paraphrased from the source material.
