No Ground Crew With GFCI
Doesn't that make the whole device kind of null and void? If the ground was properly bootlegged before the GFCI, that would provide path for the error current to pass the GFCI, thus tripping it faster. Citation absolutely needed here.

Disagree with the globalize tag
The particulars of electrical wiring, especially relating to grounding, are different enough in multiple countries that many attempts to make this a global article would only serve to make the safety issues more difficult to understand. I think this article needs a bunch more work before attempting to address that issue, however.
