Actually, I just did a Google search on that name and found a Hansard transcript in which Bill Barlee was introduced to the House on his first day in 1988 as "Neville Langrell Barlee". So while I suppose there's a remote possibility that the 1969-72 Neville Langrell Barlee was his father or another relative of his with the same name,
Occam's razor suggests otherwise — given that Bill himself was in his late 30s in 1969, we don't need to assume a second person into the equation the way we would if he'd only been in his teens.

Where is he now??
I was hoping to say a hello to Bill and thank him for some of my best memories as a kid gold mining on the Similikimeen (Friday Creek)
