We don't have to use the official name per COMMONNAME . The essay WP:OFFICALNAMES is also relevant. Unless there is evidence that the university is better known under the proposed name the title should not be changed.-- 174.91.187.80 ( talk) 15:53, 31 July 2016 (UTC) reply
