This tag should be removed immediately. The Velo News reference is, by itself, enough to establish notability. Bicycle Quarterly is used as a reliable reference in several bicycle-related Wikipedia articles and is an important source for testing, design and other technical information related to bicycles.

Per instructions in the Prod-nn tag, "You may remove this message if you improve the article or otherwise object to deletion for any reason," I will be removing it for reasons expressed above. Note also that the tag states, "If this template is removed, it should not be replaced," so reinstating this tag will be a violation of Wikipedia rules and will be immediately reverted.

This article now has references to an article exclusively about Bicycle Quarterly (BQ) in Bicycle Times (circulation 46K), to a major cycling book, The Dancing Chain, that specifically used information from BQ in evaluating 20 derailleurs, and to other reliable sources. Adventure Cyclist, which published Jan's research on tire pressure from BQ, has a circulation of 44.5K, as published
here. I think it is time to remove the notability tag. Thanks.
