I can't really take credit for research that took me no effort at all. My wife is a Bethany fan and when I read about her birthday needing a reliable source, I immediately remembered that video. From there I've found the video and the birthdate in less than 5 minutes (well, maybe 6, because Flash crashed in my browser ;-)).
The video might prove to be a source of more usable information. For instance, she mentions how she was teased in school and how making the videos and reading the comments boosted her confidence. No idea how notable that is, but there is more and details like that could prove to be valuable to improve the article even further.
Twitter would be a OK source for her birthday if it listed the actual day and year, per
WP:ABOUTSELF. A video made by Mota would also suffice. Using government records for her birthplace is explicitly not allowed, per
WP:BLPPRIMARY. Please do not add this data. The article is already semi-protected for BLP violations, and if this continues, it may end up fully protected. Nobody wants that.

Due to the constant edit warring and insistence by several autoconfirmed editors to add unsourced or poorly sourced information to the article, I have requested full page protection. It is my hope that this will finally result in an actual conversation here.
