Should we state the fact that Bender says the name of the episode ("Bender should not be allowed on television!") and is only one of the only times in which the episode name is mentioned in the episode itself (e.g. " Roswell That Ends Well", " Mars University", " Mother's Day (Futurama)) Go Futurama! FOX wanted this episode to be the last of 4th (and last by now until it returns) season instead of The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings. They did not succeed, but it appeared on TV as the 17th of the season and 71th of the whole show instead of the 6th and 60th (as it had been decided by Futurama Producers, including Matt Groening). Whoever, on 4th Season DVDs it appears as 6th again.
Why?? Very obvious :( They had their opinion (which I do not share) and wanted to make it clear to end with the show :(
Anyway, should this be included? DIRed14.2 15:58, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
Am I the only one that thinks Henry played/voiced the network exective, it sounds like him, I checked his wiki page and it didn't mention that he did. Can anyone confirm this (I am only guessing based on voice) or can someone tell me who really played that part? Also, this seems like an episode he would like to be in, I mean it's about self-censorship or w/e.
"Futurama" (1 episode, 2003) - Bender Should Not Be Allowed on TV (2003) TV Episode (writer: "TV Party")
I guess it would be technically original research, but I think it should be noted that this episode is a giant self-referencing metaphor for the show Futurama itself and its plight before the Fox executives of being pulled off the air —Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.89.124.140 ( talk) 17:32, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
Why is someone changing these edits? The tv guide cover clearly refers to the fued between Nas and Jay-Z, not jay leno. 68.171.231.19 ( talk) 05:39, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
