RE : The F Word, "When?" Apologies, as I don't really know how to edit Wikipedia to a great extent, but he beat Gordon Ramsay on The F Word, Series 4, Episode 3. This was first broadcast on Sunday 18th January 2009. Look on : http://www.channel4.com/programmes/gordon-ramsays-f-word/4od (click for series four!) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.27.207.143 ( talk) 00:35, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
In an interview on Frank Skinner's Absolute Radio show, he said his first name was actually Bennett. I don't think he was joking, but I'm not absolutely certain how to spell it, so I've left it for now. Conrad1on ( talk) 20:20, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
I read in an interview in this months issue of FHM that he wasn't actually Alexander Armstrong's best man. Funnily enough that part of the interview was about innacuracies on wikipedia. He tried to put it right but couldn't because of the auto rule. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.194.221.225 ( talk) 11:52, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
Did he obtain his PhD in solid-state Physics? -- Ralph Corderoy ( talk) 10:37, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
No he did not: http://www.guardian.co.uk/stage/2008/feb/24/comedy.television1 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.194.86.220 ( talk) 11:16, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
In his recent programme in the Horizon series he investigates what one degree centigrade really means. When he re-visits his old PhD lab his former supervisor points to some diagrams on the wall, perhaps of doped silicon?, and he knows of it. He was apparently the first person in the UK to re-create the effect and it's now used as a standard part of lab diagnostics. What was it? -- Ralph Corderoy ( talk) 00:19, 13 January 2011 (UTC)
He stated in an interview today (pp. 8-11, The Sentinel Magazine 26 November 2011) talked about the inaccuracies of this article. I removed the ones he specifically mentioned, but I gather there were others (Toff Media being named as an attack on the BBC & him being best man at Armstrong's wedding). A minor issue is the lead being too short, I might deal with that myself.-- Echetus Xe 17:00, 26 November 2011 (UTC)
This series actually dates from 1998 when it was broadcast on Radio 4, not 2008, which is when it was repeated on BBC7 (now Radio 4 Extra). Unfortunately, the BBC page linked to doesn't go back that far (hopefully at some point, the information from BBC Genome will be merged into the programme pages and this will be sorted out) and only lists the 2008 repeat, so we'll need a different reference. -- 86.137.215.6 ( talk) 17:40, 29 May 2014 (UTC)

Why are some TV and film appearances mentioned in the "Career" section NOT LISTED in the "Filmography" grid?
Like "Molly Moon" and "Horrible Histories"?
Just curious. 2600:8800:50B:6700:C23F:D5FF:FEC5:89B6 ( talk) 11:11, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

"Johnny English Strikes Again" (2018)
Which Lincoln family is he related to? It doesn't say and it isn't sourced. Ttenchantr ( talk) 03:44, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
Should his role as Bough in the Johnny English films be credited simply as Bough? Both Johnny English and Johnny English Strikes Again credit him just as Bough, and the two films are inconsistent as to what his first name is. His first name is never spoken verbally in the first film, however a computer screen in one scene very briefly displays "Angus Bough", whilst the third film has his wife briefly refer to him as Jeremy in one scene (but he's still referred to on surname basis throughout the whole film). And in the second, he only had a deleted cameo with no first name mentioned, so might be best just to say Bough for the 3 films for consistency? — Preceding unsigned comment added by AWikipediaEditor99 ( talk • contribs) 12:00, 15 May 2022 (UTC)
