I think there is a mistake in this article, as it mentions that the slogan of the boxers was changed to "Support the Qing, Destroy the foreigners" but this battle was a clash between the Boxers and Qing forces so it doesn't make sense. Additionally, I saw on other articles related to the Boxers that their slogan was changed to the one I quoted above at different occasions then this.
