This is a pretty popular game on steam, not sure why this page got deleted? And then the talk page for the page got deleted? has 80,000 concurrent users
AI-generated articles published by non-existent persons OK as references?
Not sure what the protocol is, here, but I noticed that a zleague.gg article is used as a reference. Zleague.gg publishes AI-generated articles by scraping web content. The articles are attributed to (presumably) non-existent persons, and sometimes contain catastrophically false information that even a cursory bit of research would have revealed was wrong (except, I suppose, if that research pointed you to a Wiki article that used a Zleague article as a reference...). I'm not sure whether to remove the reference or what.

Comment: The original author was blocked as a sockpuppet, and the article was deleted yesterday because of that. Article recreated today with the permission of the admin that deleted it.
Article passes DYK standards, hooks are verifiable and cited properly. They do have a bit of a lack of context, though -- this is especially problematic for ALT0, because lots of games are made by tiny indie teams, and you need to know the game is an MMO to understand how big a deal that is. Proposing a tweak:
I think ALT0-as-ALT0a with the context is better than ALTs 1 or 2, but ALT2 is pretty good too. It might be considered too advertorial for some, though. A combination of ALT0a and ALT2 might be better than the sum of its parts, given how few indie games get that kind of sales, especially indie attempted-MMOs. Will workshop that.

Vaticidalprophet: Sorry for the late reply. I think ALT0a works better. A cross between ALT0a and ALT2 to me would just be something like "BattleBit Remastered, an MMO created by three indie developers, sold over 1.8 million copies within the first two weeks of release"; I don't really feel that one, but if you think it works, sure.

Vaticidalprophet: I just want to inform you that it's been a month and this user has since banned for being a sockpuppet. If closing DYK nominations is a thing, then that should probably be done here.

The creator was blocked, and was blocked before I even started the review, but the nominator isn't, which is the important part. Having said that, ALT0a does need approval by an independent reviewer.

Approved by two people already, and ALT0a is infact accurate. I do think that "BattleBit Remastered, an MMO created by three indie developers, sold over 1.8 million copies within the first two weeks of release" would give more context and would arguably be better, but ALT0a works. Giving this a third approval.
