Not all magazines are notable. We don't have very much information on it to establish that it is notable, such as circulation numbers, reception info, etc. --

I think we should make a separate section for Bart 3230. Reason? I noticed the article seems smaller now, which is because the information for 3230 was overflowing the page. –

I made a short sentence for The First President of Japan, it should definatly be noted. But the question is...what about the other series? There was only two series in the magazine, so might as well. –

It says it was in Bart in the North Star Pictures website, the other series (only in Japan) I don't think we can get a source, my bad! :P And there's alot of sources for The First President of Japan in North America, in fact, I have a volume, which says it was in Bart too. If you are trying to find it in a bookstore or whatever, it's by a defunct publisher. –
