Oppose The OP maybe is proposing to move the article to the subject's full name, but that's needless as we use common name. I made the full name a redirect now.–

Thanks for the prompt response. I can still spot major unverified statements, however. Please double check that the page is locked.

@
Freddie Cas,
Dacuban1, and
OLYRIDWANA:: rather than place an edit-warring notice on each of your talk pages, I'm pinging you to the talk page where you need to discuss the inclusion of the Daily Post Nigeria article. All of you need to stop editing until you reach a consensus here on whether to include the content or not.
Schazjmd(talk)21:44, 7 March 2023 (UTC)reply
I, for a person, do not have issues with the content on the page.
I made the removal while trying to undo recent additions made on the page.
The political atmosphere is tensed at the moment, and some persons have thought to resort to vandalism of the subject's page in protest or condemnation of his candidacy.
@
Dacuban1:, the content has two sources:
[1][2] What are your objections to the sources? Also, as an observation: if consensus is to include the content, I believe it belongs in the Career -> Politics section rather than the lead which should only summarize the body of the article.
Schazjmd(talk)22:00, 7 March 2023 (UTC)reply
While we give Dacuban1 time to respond, does anyone think the wording that was being added/reverted/added/reverted is a neutral summary of the sources?

Freddie Cas, I am wondering how you are only 3 months old here as a wiki editor.
I have gone through your contributions, quite impressive. I “think” you are hiding your identity. Your recent edits have been about the opponent of this subject -and, it been in the “positive”. I see a lot of conflict of interest here.
I do not “think” you're fit as a contributor for this contents.
You should desist from being partisan if you must contribute, plus, use your older editor profile for better reference.
I joined 3 months ago and have been systematically learning on here. Any problem with me joining 3 months ago?
Same here, i have gone through your contributions, 5 years with 137 edits. You do not think I’m a fit as a contributor for this contents? I should be the one telling you that, you’re mad because I’m against your vandalism.

I will pass the content if he can produce alternative sources from the topmost media outfits such as
The Punch,
The Guardian, or
The Nation.
The platform he is quoting are random tabloids. Plus, if the statement is anything to go by, objectively, it should come as “allegedly”. I believe he knows better.
I am only wondering why the input is now, especially from a 3 month old editor who is backing another candidate.
Going by additional sources provided, the statement should be re-worded and accommodated on the page. What we can establish from the sources is his involvement, quoting reports from the judicial panel.

I’m okay with this, please indicate if you are too. If you’re not okay with it feel free to add or remove anything and reword it the best way you think it would fit in the article, thanks.

First off, it doesn't need it's own heading. Second, where in the source does it say he "ordered the killing"? It says he invited the Army in. Even the General's testimony to the Judicial Panel of Inquiry states only that he asked the Army to intervene.

I’d like a senior editor to help change the present image to the official portrait of Mr Governor, I have the official portrait and can share for further corrections. Best Regards.
