"This image was originally posted to Flickr by UBS Group at https://www.flickr.com/photos/73088624@N04/6996288770. It was reviewed on 18 February 2015 by FlickreviewR and was confirmed to be licensed under the terms of the cc-by-2.0.") but the copy used in the article was not linked directly to Flickr. A copy of it was physically located on Wikimedia Commons and linked to the Wikipedia article — meaning any changes to its status on Flickr are ultimately irrelevant to its status on Wikipedia.
