– Googling "Ashina clan" gets more results for the Turkic clan than the Japanese clan:
[1]. On the other hand, I don't think the Turkic tribe/clan is the primary topic either, this can be seen by Googling "Ashina":
[2]. I think it's best to dab both articles, with
Ashina clan redirecting to the dab page.

Support all three (well, at least the last two) per nom. Since there's no clear primary topic for the term, it makes perfect sense to move the dab page to the main title.

The result of the move request was: no consensus.
This is an unimpressive RM. The proposer gives no explanation as to what the issues are or why it is said there is no need for disambiguation, contrary to the clear consensus in the previous RM. The only other participant opposes on the basis that there is no primary topic, but with no explanation or evidence. With no further contributions for over 5 weeks, despite relisting, there is no realistic possibility that this will reach consensus. Accordingly, the consensus remains per the previous RM. SrpskiAnonimac's edits to Ashina clan and Ashina clan (disambiguation) were contrary to that consensus and I shall reverse them.(
