KeepWP:Notability (journalists) was rejected, so there is no clear standard for the notability of journalists. But since he's an editor-in-chief for
Sport Express, the biggest-selling sports newspaper in Russia, and has written for The Guardian, his role in major news sources seems to indicate notability. As is said above, he has verified social media. Also the Russian wiki does indeed have an article of Petrosyan, which I linked. --
