In addition, a google search shows only one link on the first page of "Army of Revolutionaries" that relates to the subject, while "Jaysh al-Thuwar" yields all relevant results. As such, I believe that editors should be able to come to a consensus to change the article name. --

ANF and Hawar use both names, and numerous variants of it, like "Jaish al Thuwar", "Revolutionary Forces", "Revolutionaries' Army", "Revolutionary Army", etc. Their English versions are not consistent in naming the group. Furthermore, many sources (including several of those used named above) actually use both names, i.e. "Jaysh al-Thuwar (Army of Revolutionaries)" or "Army of Revolutionaries (Jaysh al-Thuwar)". I can also show you reliable sources only using the English name, such as
here,
here,
here,
here, and
here. In general, both names and many alternate versions of them are common (for example, "Al-Thuwar Army", "Dschaisch al-Thuwar" and "Dschaisch ath-Thuwwar" are also in use). In such cases, the English translation is generally preferred for the English Wikipedia.
