I think it would be better to have notable arms traffickers list in the page rather than popular cultural references as I think most readers would be interested in the history of the topic rather than cultural references in film and etc

The see also section is currently fairly long to begin with (and without any obvious candidates for trimming), and the previous list of arms traffickers section, which was effectively an extension of the see also section, also ended up effectively doubling its size, so I would have to oppose reinstating it.

Do you think nonfiction is more notable in the page rather than fiction for trimming? If it’s necessary to trim why not trim the fiction and leave the nonfiction? I believe wiki readers would prefer nonfiction over fiction content

I don't know, it is at least properly sourced unlike most pop culture sections, but it's a part of the article I have no strong feelings about the state of.
