I think that the AYF is a sufficiently large and localized body under the ARF umbrella that would warrant it having its own article. I suggest that the articles not be merged.
Also, the link for Hagop Hagopian leads to a stub about someone by the same name but who was not one a member of the first Executive. How can this be fixed?
While the AYF bills itself as "Youth Organization of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation," there are actually many manifestations of ARF youth adjuncts around the world. The introduction of this article needs to explain what areas geographically refer to their ARF youth adjunct as "AYF," and the nature of their relationship to each other and their counterparts in other countries.

Too much assumption
This article assumes too much prior knowledge of its reader. There are phrases like "well-known AYF 'Blue Book' series" -- well-known to whom? The name Tseghagrons "was being maliciously misinterpreted in some quarters" -- misinterpreted how, and in what "quarters"?
