One editor, in an edit summary for deleting the entire material from the NYT, asserted the NYT article said nothing about Rousso's legal woes and charges. I have added the direct quotes from the article lest it be removed again. Thanks!

The reason why the NYT has such a large quote was that a very short diescrip[tion was deleted by a person who asserted Rousso had no legal problems. In point of fact, that is the only reason why "negative material" is in this article, as it had been repeatedly puffed in the past.
