It seems likely that this name was used because the name
Arlington Cemetery redirects to
Arlington National Cemetery (and rightfully so). But Wikipedia has a mechanism for handling this kind of name collision, and it doesn't require pretending a thing has a different name. The solution is to add a disambiguating place name.
So this article should be named "Arlington Cemetery (Pennsylvania)". "Arlington Cemetery Co" should be retained as a redirect to the new title. (That will happen automagically when the article gets moved.) The lead paragraph, which now defines "Arlington Cemetery Company" (yet a third name), should instead define "Arlington Cemetery".
