Luise of Tuscany was never queen-consort. Therefore Wikipedia rule for consorts does not apply here, request move to revert to her maiden form.

I agree with Gryffindor, IMO, Archduchess Luise, Princess of Tuscany would be the better title. I don't think that there would be too much of a disturbance to move it, but if you think so, put up a notice on
WP:RM and I guess we would find out.
