What could be the reason not all the individual dam pages are show on the list page?

The list page for arch-gravity ( /info/en/?search=Category:Arch-gravity_dams) does not list Theodore Roosevelt Dam ( /info/en/?search=Theodore_Roosevelt_Dam). There could be others missing.
