I can't tell which but it looks like one of a few emblems on a few stamps from the 1960s might be the party logo, although more research would need to be conducted to confirm. HapHaxion _{( talk / contribs)} 15:01, 23 June 2023 (UTC) reply

Good catch HapHaxion. It certainly appears as if the cog wheel symbol could be a party logo or component of party logo from the first link. Not sure how to deal with the torch and book/hand symbols, though. Second link gives a slightly different symbol but with similar attributes. -- Soman ( talk) 15:52, 23 June 2023 (UTC) reply

Here http://burgzt.brigin.lt/pasto_zenklai/katalogai/Scott/Scott%202005%20Postage%20Stamp%20Catalogue%20~%20Egypt.pdf we find the second stamp again.
