Drmies: I've always assumed that it was the nominator that was responsible for the QPQ. Regardless, we've got a ~300 article backlog, so if you could do a review, it would be greatly appreciated.

User:The Squirrel Conspiracy, since you didn't sign this (properly) I didn't get the notification, which is a shame cause these awards were discussed on PBS a few days ago, and we could have gotten this along last week. Anyway, I'm doing a review--this "nominator" part of the rule is kind of crappy.
