Can anybody tell me if it's is allowed to use this portrait photo on other than the English Wikipedia pages. It's not on Commons due to copyright claims, but it seems rather odd to see her looks discussed everywhere without being able to show a picture whatsoever. The only thing we have is a link to a different less scrupulous website.
