Is this the same town as Gunsight, Arizona? Sherman seems to say they are two towns (indirectly as there is an Allen entry that mentions a town called Gunsight). Varney appears to omit this town. The
GNIS entry (ID 23928) contains the following for Gunsight:
History: Named for the Gunsight Mine and Mountain nearby about 1880. It was also called Allen for John Bracket ('Pie') Allen who had a store and made good pies.
