The organisation is repeatedly DB:V mentioned at the time Kanthapuram A. P. Aboobacker Musliyar assume title of Grand Mufti of India. There are also as yet unsubstantiated by DB:V AFAIK claims this is the parent organisation for various organisations in the AP Group/Faction and it is mentioned on several articles. However the best that I can easily make with the article currently is a small stub and also the organisation currently always seems associated with Musliyar. As it is mentioned on his article a printworthy redirect with possibilities, history and a category is a probably good solution. Djm-leighpark ( talk) 02:57, 11 June 2020 (UTC) reply
