Alaria/Dabberlocks!
The algal species 'Alaria esculenta is the botanial name for
dabberlocks. The species is written up as two separate articles. I suggest they be united under Alaria esculenta. Other algae are recorded under the botanical name. If this is agreed please advice on how this is done.

Suggest confusion, partly my fault! This file refers to a genus not to the species A. esculents.Osborne 20:54, 5 December 2016 (UTC)
