The image of Al St. John was deleted by Wikipedia, I just removed the dead link. Cokerwr 17:08, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
Wonder why this article is entitled "Alfred St. John" instead of "Al St. John." I don't believe he was ever billed as "Alfred," based on seeing dozens of his films at the Museum of Modern Art's Roscoe Arbuckle retrospective several years ago, although I might be wrong about this, since it's been a while (but I don't think so). At footnote 3, the census reference includes the location “Pamona City,” which I am fairly sure should have been Pomona. Having no immediate access to the census records, I suppose it’s possible that the error exists in the original record or the LDS transcription. But error it is, since there is no “Pamona” in California (the hyperlink goes faithfully to an entry for the Pamona language). 2601:645:102:C6E0:D159:9F8E:DDB2:4281 ( talk) 22:13, 28 June 2022 (UTC)
