Notability is a subjective evaluation. Articles in an encyclopaedic work, such as Wikipedia aspires to be, should not be assessed on the basis of subjective evaluation.

Actually, that's incorrect, articles must be notable to be included on Wikipedia. And there are processes and guideliness to assess notability. As you can see, I've nominated this article for deletion because of lack of notability. Feel free to contribute to the discussion at the AfD page.--

Whilst you may be correct about Wikipedia's policy regarding notability, that does not alter the fact that the concept of notability is a subjective one, and that Wikipedia's policy of notability is therefore contradictory to its policy of NPOV - because subjectivity is fundamentally POV
